Lego have unveiled the new Red Five Lego UCS X-Wing Starfighter for 2013 (set 10240) at Lego World Denmark overnight. The set comes with 1558 pieces, is priced at $199 US and will be available through Lego shops from May 2013.

It does seem a strange choice doesn’t it.
The first one was pretty amazing and if anything, could have done with an improved color scheme (something which hasn’t changed in the 2013 version).
I guess we’ll see an UCS AT-AT someday…
